If the dates you require are free, you can then use the ‘Direct Booking Request Form’ black button above, and submit the completed form. We will respond and confirm as soon as possible. Please note payment for direct bookings is via BACS. If you prefer to make an instant booking and pay online, then please do so via VRBO.
TARIFF 2025 (returning guests)
Sunday to Thursday - £75 per night
Friday & Saturday - £90 per night
7 NIGHT STAY DISCOUNT - £495 (approx £70 per night with additional nights at same rate)
SECURITY DEPOSIT £150: There is a refundable SECURITY DEPOSIT of £150 per stay in addition to the nightly price. It is payable at the time of booking and secures your dates. If the booking is cancelled the deposit is non refundable. If the booking proceeds, and the property & contents remains in good order, the deposit will be refunded within 10 days of departure.
INCLUDED IN TARIFF: All bed linen, towels, kitchen linen and electricity.
NOT INCLUDED IN TARIFF: Charging of electric vehicles.
