Please be aware that there will be additional booking fees that the Owners Direct site will charge BOTH you as a traveller, and us as property owners. - To reserve your date: a booking fee of £120 will be required to reserve the dates you wish to stay. If you do not subsequently follow through with the booking, this payment will be forfeited, unless we are able to resell your dates (which we will try to do)
- The full accommodation cost needs to be paid by 6 weeks (42 days) before the arrival date.
- Bookings made less than 6 weeks before arrival require full payment and the £120 booking/security deposit immediately
- Security deposit: once you have paid the full accommodation costs, the £120 booking fee will become your security deposit, to cover any damage/breakages to the property. It will be returned to you within 10 days of your departure date, assuming no damage/breakages.
