1. Delightful holiday cottage - star rating 5 out of 5
"My wife and I have just returned from a two week stay at the delightful Rookery Nook.
The cottage is very well equipped, comfortable and clean. A special mention for the garden and canopy where we enjoyed breakfast every day.
The location allows easy access into Diss where three large supermarkets, several good shops, cafes, a weekly market, several pubs and takeaways provided all we needed. It also is well placed for visiting lots of places within an hours drive. The cathedrals at Bury St Edmunds and Norwich are well worth a visit, as are Cromer (do try the crab sandwiches), Southwold, Winterton on Sea for a great unspoilt beach (watch out for the seals heads bobbing up) and of course the Broads.
The hosts, Carol and Phil were very friendly and helpful, and that along with perfect weather gave us a splendid holiday.

3. Haven of Peace and Tranquility. Star rating 5 out of 5
"Returned to Rookery Nook and we were both delighted that we did. It is so lovely to be able to sit out on the patio and even if it should rain the canopy enables you to still be able to do so. The woodburner is a real bonus that enables you to enjoy a cosy evening indoors if the weather is not so kind. If you want to walk down to Diss it only takes 10-15mins to do so. Location is really good as a base and there are loads of interesting places to travel to nearby. Bed is very comfy, wifi works extremely well.
